After the carrier has delivered the return package to our warehouse, it can take up to 10 business days for us to register your return (depending on how many return packages are coming into our warehouse).
The return handling is done manually and requires a thorough quality check to ensure that the returned items are in their original condition.
Please note that the final status of the tracking of your return, for some carriers, can be at their sorting terminal and does not always show that it has reached our warehouse.
We will send you your credit note as soon as your return is processed.
